We aim to process all approved returns and refunds as promptly as possible—typically within 7–10 business days of receiving the item. However, depending on your payment provider, please allow up to 6–8 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account. 

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact. Customized, engraved, or personalized pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices on the Lustraa Luxe website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include
applicable taxes. While we make every effort to ensure that prices are accurate, occasional errors may occur. In the event that the price of a product you have ordered is incorrect, we will notify you promptly and provide you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
